Embora sem fins vinculativos, sendo apenas uma recomendação da comissão aos estados membros que se compromentem em trabalhar sobre ela e a produzir anualmente um relatório, esta levanta assuntos que sendo bem conhecidos dos investigadores no meio têm suscitado algum desconforto em várias partes, procurando tocar na ferida e suscitaruma reflexão séria e urgente.
Note-se que transcrevo apenas aqui alguns aspectos que vão exactamente ao encontro de muito do que por cá se tem observado....
Esperava mais.Depois de ouvir o Mariano Gago e não sei porquê, ainda não acredito no chamado choque técnologico.A "terra" ainda não está adubada( cultura à inovação e ao respeito por ideias alheias ao meio a desenvolver logo nas escolas primárias).São os mesmos do costume , só que agora devem chegar 99 artigos ciêntificos para se fazer investigação cientifica em Portugal.Ter um título para poder apresentar algo à sociedade.A ideia , o saber através da prática e melhor, a junção da esperiência e das ideias às universidades e ao proclamado mundo ciêntifico ...NADA. Entenda quem quizer.
